Completion certificates will be issued upon satisfying course requirements and may be reported to state agencies where applicable.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Payment Terms

For individual users, all course fees must be paid in full prior to access. While course prices are subject to change, the amount paid at the time of registration will remain unchanged. We use Stripe for secure online payments and offer a no-questions-asked 60-day money-back guarantee.

For business and organizational clients, we may offer customized pricing, including volume discounts or alternative payment arrangements such as invoicing. These agreements will be confirmed in writing and are subject to separate terms as agreed upon between Delaware Defensive Driving, Inc. and the business entity.

We use Stripe for secure online payments. Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • • Share your account or allow others to take the course on your behalf
  • • Attempt to bypass course tracking or completion requirements
  • • Use the site for any unlawful or abusive purpose

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and/or certificate invalidation.

7. Business and Group Clients

We work with employers and organizations to offer our course to employees or members. When participating as part of a business group:

  • • Employee data is used solely for course administration
  • • Employers may request reporting on employee completion status
  • • Additional data processing agreements can be provided upon request

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and courses is the property of Delaware Defensive Driving, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the course in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
