While the majority of Delaware Motorists would have no idea of its meaning the D-Team is confident you will immediately recognize its purpose due to the knowledge you have gained by way of the “Smart Defense” curriculum — right!

YES — You are correct. Even though its really small the meaning remains the same. DelDOT is alerting us to the fact that the right-turn lane is not controlled by intersection traffic light.
