Blind Spot

Yes it is true – checking your blind spot while operating a motor vehicle is a DISTRACTION. “Smart Defense” by “The D Team” is an advocate of checking one’s blind spot prior to moving into another traffic lane. “The D Team” is also aware of the potential to ignore “Smart Defense” and end up not being a leader (adequate front space Chapter #4) when turning your head to check a blind spot.
