Question: Can it be legal to be in the intersection after the traffic signal turns red?
The picture above is telling all motorists they must enter the traffic light-controlled intersection prior to the red signal. Conversely, this same traffic sign does not state a requirement to exit this traffic light-controlled intersection prior to the signal change to red. (YES, we know the above exact words are not on the sign but that is exactly what it means!)
