SHARK’S TEETH (picture above) are reasonably new and are used as legal STOPPING POINTS at YIELD LOCATIONS if a stop is necessary for safety. They are normally used in conjunction with YIELD SIGNS to emphasize the YIELD requirement.

The picture below is a PEDESTRIAN CROSSING.
