Yes. If you complete an approved Delaware Defensive Driving course, your auto insurance company is required to provide the applicable Defensive Driving discount on your Delaware policy.
What Do I Need to Give My Insurance Company?
After you complete the course, you will receive a certificate of completion to provide to your insurance company. Under Delaware Insurance Regulation 607, the certificate is conclusive evidence that you satisfied the course requirement for the discount. How Much Is the Delaware Defensive Driving Discount?
