Legal or Illegal Driving?

Legal – Yes or No? Lane change solid white line: Yes — it is legal but be careful. The single solid white line warns of increase hazards when executing this maneuver. Entering a Right-Turn lane by using the shoulder to get there quicker is a “ticket” maneuver.
